Little Eye is a specialist micro-bakery making sourdough bread by hand from our 30 year old traditional leavens. We use good quality ingredients, with no additives or animal products. We offer hands-on sourdough baking courses for home bakers, serving the North West and Wales.

Dates will be posted late summer for a new batcg of autumn courses. Watch this space!
Courses cost £100 for our 5 hour session, making 4 different sourdough breads by hand, to take home.

It was great to welcome back bakers from earlier classes to try some more fiddly recipes! We had a great day:

We also made Stollen, and I am making 20 for the West Kirby Farmers Market on Dec 17th - and some extra for home consumption!
