Little Eye is a specialist micro-bakery making sourdough bread by hand from our 30 year old traditional leavens. We use good quality ingredients, with no additives or animal products. We offer hands-on sourdough baking courses for home bakers, serving the North West and Wales.

Courses cost £100 for our 5 hour session, making 4 different sourdough breads by hand, to take home.

Our Next Sourdough Baking course day
Our next baking day is in West Kirby on October 28th, 10-4, making 4 different types of sourdough bread, with a light lunch and starter to take home included.
